Our unique process of building websites has been formed over many years of experience. While we do have some standard practices, it is mostly a custom process that fits your needs. We will walk you through any questions or concerns you may have and we pride ourselves with great communication every step of the way.

The cost of a website depends on several factors, including its size, complexity, features, and design requirements. For example:

• A basic informational website with a few pages is generally more affordable.
• E-commerce websites or sites with custom integrations, like booking systems or advanced functionality, will typically cost more.
• Additional services, such as SEO, content creation, or ongoing maintenance, can also affect the overall cost.

We tailor every project to meet the unique needs of our clients, so we recommend scheduling a consultation to get a personalized quote. This way, we can better understand your goals and provide a detailed breakdown of costs based on your specific requirements.

We generally do a fixed price for web design and hourly rates for maintenance. However, there are some exceptions when taking into consideration the client’s goals.

There are two expenses that will be ongoing, the hosting and registration for the domain. This, however, is not usually billed from us, unless you want us to host it. The hosting and domain are with the company you choose to go with. While the hosting and domain are usually in your name we do offer support on how to set everything up.
As for ongoing expenses with your actual website, we do offer maintenance plans to help you keep the site up to date-and functioning properly.

Again, the timeline can vary based on project size, and we can put a rush on a project at the client’s request, but for a simple site I like to say 2 months and it can go up from there.

Yes, we understand that at least half of your visitors will be using a mobile device. So we make sure that it looks good on all screens.

Generally, we use WordPress and we build it in a way that makes it easy for future edits. However, we also have used Shopify, Wix, Squarespace, Weebly, HubSpot, Webflow, Duda, and many others. We also have built sites without a CMS, using HTML, PHP, and CSS.

We take website security seriously and implement several measures to protect your site:

• SSL Installation: Every website we build includes an SSL certificate, ensuring secure data transmission between your site and its users.
• Secure Development Practices: For WordPress websites, we use protected themes and keep plugins to a minimum to reduce vulnerabilities.
• Basic Security Measures: We install trusted security plugins to provide an additional layer of defense against common threats.

For clients who want enhanced protection, we offer an advanced security package. This includes additional features such as regular malware scans, firewall setup, and proactive monitoring to safeguard your website against evolving threats.
